Product return

Return of the product is possible if any discrepancy occurred during the order. You can return the product only in undamaged condition.

After the return is approved, the courier will pick up the returned goods within 5-7 business days, after which you will receive your money back through bank transfer within 14 business days. Returns made out of Yerevan must be delivered to post office by customer.

The cost of return is paid by the customer in Yerevan.

Delivery in Yerevan for orders up to 10000 AMD is 1000 AMD, and for purchases of 10000 AMD or more, delivery is free of charge․

Delivery is carried out within 1 working day after receiving the order and payment.
